BIO
Liokness (pronounced 'lioness:' "k" is silent) is a folk-rock-pop singer-songwriter. She is originally from Soldotna, Alaska but currently resides in Los Angeles.
She started her live music career as a backup singer for The Roaring Lions that opened for the band Tomorrow's Bad Seeds, but she went solo in 2016. She won first place for the competition, Craigslist's Got Talent (October 2018), did a promo collaboration with Vlado Footwear featuring two of her original songs, and has had a song placement in indie film Nun's Deadly Confession (2019). She has written songs for the independent web series, Voyeur Killings (2018), has written songs for Mind Muzic: a children's education program, wrote the podcast jingle for Mike and Cam's Podcast on Dreams, and composed the pop theme song for Brad Lohan's short film, The Funny Guy at Work.
She also had her song, Washed Up Dreamer, featured in Episode 29 of Comedian Jeremiah Watkins's podcast, titled, Jeremiah Wonders...
